The New Aggressive Couch!

Everyone has seen a movie that stuck with them. Be it watching UHF 5 or 6 times in one night. Or maybe the ” the rocky horror picture show”. It’s whatever floats your boat.

Even movies that get canned reviews. There is a selection of people who love the movie. I for one have never gone by reviews. It really irks me when someone says ” well the critics”. I think you know the rest.

What do they know? What I am getting at is. Everyone loves a particular movie that is considered shit. ( auto fill put in shot instead of shit) So as I sit here as my wife watches ” dirty dancing”. It made me think. Although not a favorite film. I can appreciate why she like’s it.

To be honest. I like the movie for a simple reason. My friend of many years. His mother loaned it to me to watch. She is longer with us. But, even to this day. I can remember the excitement she had for the movie and the soundtrack.

The point of this:

Take away shitty awards shows and critics. You like what you like and don’t give a fuck why anyone says. No matter how silly and ridiculous. You enjoy what you want. Unless it’s American Idol. Because there are rules still in place.
