World leaders to discuss junk food ad ban! After all, it worked for tobacco!  Nobody I know smokes cigarettes!!!

I acknowledge that this may do some good.  But all engineers know: when faced with a problem, find the root cause.  I do not believe ads for junk food are the root cause.  They are a second order effect AT BEST.
