The New Aggressive Couch!

I usually don’t call out stores. But, I know the games they play this time of year. When going to a store tonight. Which will rename nameless “Test Bi”. We wanted to buy a TV for our oldest for his birthday. He has earned it and so we gathered everyone in the family truckster. Then headed to the store.

Traffic was heavy. But, people played within the rules. I am proud of you York PA. But, I am sure you will ruin that come tomorrow. As, we entered the store. I played some tricks on the oldest. Like walking to the PC’s and saying ” Look at this”. He got excited and like any good father. I crushed his dreams. HAHAHHA , I laughed.

After, the kids played with the PS3, the move and the kinnect. Oh, you know what. I finally got to try 3D gaming. All I can say is “Suck it!”. But, more on that later. We finally got to the TV’s. Needless to say. The kid was excited. We were going to buy this TV. That was on sale.

After, getting someone to help us. I will say. The guy who helped was great. The service was good. Unlike ,whores of the world “Wal Mart”. He was checking model numbers etc.. He finally came to us and told us. They only had 10 in stock. But, if we wanted the next model. Which was $70.00 more. They had 100 in stock. Of course!

While holding back the rage and the urge to pull TV’s off the shelf. Be honest. Everyone would like to do that. He told us ” You could get the other model.” But, I will not fall into that trap. I thanked him and we moved on. Actually, we were there another 15 mins.

When the 15 mins pasted. I stormed out of there. Vowing, never to return and not sucked into their traps! I wondered how many have given up and gone onto the next model. While, I was grabbing my lighter and gas can. My wife told me. We can go to another store. I put down the can and thought about what she said. She was right. This is America. If I want a damn TV. You can get one!

When just 2 miles away layed another store. Guess what. I found a better TV and for 20 dollars less. Take that! Victory was mine. I grabbed that TV. Knocked over kids and senior citzens to pay for it. One  person told me ” Merry Christmas”. I looked at them and said ” How dare you!”.

What was the point of this? It’s simple. You should not advertise a sale and only have 10 in stock. Don’t be a statistic and get suckered into the bait and switch. I rose above it and many have died for this. Alright, maybe that’s being dramatic. But, you know what I am talking about.

To quote Fear ” Fuck Christmas”.
